OUR STORY
0 years deep.
One family.
Firdous Ahmed opened these doors in 1995 with a simple promise — be here when the neighborhood needs you. Three decades and counting, that promise holds. Every morning at 7 AM, the lights come on. Every night, the last customer walks out knowing we'll be here tomorrow.
One corner.
800 East Martin Luther King Jr. Street. A corridor with roots that stretch back to Freedmantown — one of Bryan's oldest communities. Churches, families, and small businesses line this street. King Mart has been part of that fabric for over three decades.
Every single day.
Seven days a week. Over fifteen hours a day. Through Texas summers, through storms, through everything this city has seen. When other stores close, we stay open. That's not a business decision — it's a neighborhood commitment.
